Huge Disappointment in this company

Pros

Work from home is a plus.

Cons

Very low pay, poor management, inconsistent QA, TSM not being available. Run out of work consistently, Have upwards of 10 accounts and expected to remember all the nuances of each and maintain 99% accuracy and line count within an 8 hour period. Equivalent to a sweat shop

Pros

Flexible hours; can work from home

Cons

Low cubicle walls, which is very distractive. Relatively low salaries; Very bad healthcare. If you are falling into the category of high paid employee you can't deduct more than $12K to 401K. Bonuses are paid in stocks, which vest over a few years, which makes them quite worthless, considering that the NUAN stock is going mainly down.
