the pros are 7000 MT strong work force...sounds good right? Anyone that large must know what they are doing right? NO. WRONG. They can't find their backside in the dark with both hands, a flash light and a yahoo map.
Cons
Nothing works correctly...contact IT and they say yes LOTS of people are having that issue. They do not, however, offer any solution to fix the problem, nor are they seeking a solution. Nuance thinks they can redefine transcription...and they sure can...unfortunately in their incarnation very experienced MTs make less than minimum wage, are talked to and treated like indentured servants or a retarded child. Their experience means nothing to Nuance. Instead it is like the army where they attempt to break one's spirit...and in that, they are indeed expert. Employees have no self-confidence, no self-esteem and morale lower than a snake's navel.
