Work life balance , because managers are too afraid to move fast .

Cons

There is no career growth in company . No salary hike almost . No company culture exist , though higher management try to install some . Managers are grumpy and bullying attitude . No matter which group or team you go , you will find same everywhere . HR is pathetic , they will try to downplay you in negotiation . HR is not at all helpful for employee . They only work for managers . Favoritism is played in all team in hiring process .
