Pros

I dont understand the bad reviews because, although I haven't worked here too long, I have not heard one employee not liking their job. We get free catered lunch every day. The kitchen is full of food, we even have cereal and milk lol. The pay is great. Lots of opportunities for advancement and all of the exec's are super friendly. For several days throughout the year, we can work at whatever charity we want and get paid normal salary for it.

Cons

There is a lot of work, but that can also be a good thing because the days go by very quickly. I am never given any constructive criticism so I am never sure if my work is satisfactory or if I need to work on something.

Pros

I like smaller companies where ideas can be heard and recognized. Presentations and proposals can be implemented if they are going to be positive for the company. I like the lack of micromanagement in this environment. We are all treated like adults and held accountable for our own results. Everyone is nice to work with. There aren't a lot of politics or drama. A flexible work schedule is difficult to find in most companies but it helps that the company is flexible with your work shift. Daily healthy lunches that keep help you maintain your weight is a plus. The CEO is taking the company in an exciting direction of growth and limitless possibilities. Sometimes, not being a publicly traded company is a good thing which has given the CEO greater control of greater things to come.

Cons

It would be nice if they added AFLAC
