      Belfast office has the right sort of culture. A learning culture with a good mix of experienced and less experienced engineers.

      Cons

      Belfast office needs more graduate employees to help drive the office forward.

      Great place to work and learn

      Pros

      Amazing people and talents from across the globe. Many tech savvies who are brilliant in technology they work. Flexible timings and no schooling of employees. Decent pay for the work.

      Cons

      Some legacy stuff which are little complex to RCA (management is aware of this and working towards technology replacements). Deadlines are pretty marginal.
