      One of the worst places to work

      Pros

      I used to work in the Bangalore office. The only thing I can think of is the transport service they had. Apart from that everything is a mess.

      Cons

      Where do I start. Higher management does not care much about the employees. There is no work culture. Employees are not appreciated for their work. All the teams work in unplanned ways. Finance team is clueless about stuff. Wish I could give something below one star, but unfortunately that's not an option.

      Great run till the end of entire R&D in Toronto

      Pros

      Company has lots of smart people that create very creative and innovative telcos solutions. Resilience is the word that I would use to describe this company.

      Cons

      Too bad company decided to close down an entire R&D department last year and by doing so completed transition of every product development to multiple outsourcing centres across the globe.
