Cons

- Long and sometimes odd work hours with early morning and late night calls - Promotions at the senior management level very difficult for existing employees. Management seems to favour hiring externally for these positions - Company unable to grow beyond current revenues

Redknee offers high octane experience -- you are your own limitation, and the company creates tons of opportunities for your to learn and grow -- you have to bring your brains, your energy , your passion and perseverance. It is a global organization, so your appetite for learning how business is done around the world is fulfilled, while at the same time it is a fast changing world of wireless operators – especially the billing, analytics, business processes etc – all the areas that Redknee’s software touches and transforms for better… Awesome place. Love it.

Cons

you have to work... if you are not picking things up fast enough, your collegues will point it out, you have to learn continiously, you can not sit back and watch... you might have to travel around the world, you will be measured for your performance (not just your effort, but also your results)...
