Growing company with really good and passionate people. The objectives are well defined and aligned right from the top leaders to every member of the organization. A good place where leadership is trying to build great relationships with every employee and who care about the quality of work.

Cons

Needs to implement proper salary structure for tax benefits which are usually well implemented in majority of Indian companies

There is work from home option and flexible work timings which provides amazing work life balance. The company has such a diverse workforce, lot of opportunities to learn and grow. The management is very much friendly and approachable.

Cons

None so far. The company is in good hands. Best time to be in Optiva.
