      Pros

      Good work environment. People are really helpful. You will learn to work in crunch situations.

      Cons

      Lot of hacks been put to solve a problem. So not much focus on long term goal. Development is done mostly for only client specific requirement. Management keep changing the priorities of work. So lot of work left unfinished.

      Very weak Management!!

      Pros

      Very reliable products from old NSN times but not future proof. Some true experts who are since decades in the company. Nice working culture.

      Cons

      Portfolio very limited. Difficult to integrate. Products not partner friendly because not properly documented. Commission plan made by Finance means 100s of pitfalls to not paying you. Lots of very expensive people from old NSN times leading to uncompetitive daily rates. Sales and Delivery Management the weakest I have ever seen. Cannot sustain in front of client. HR the same. No experience at all. No sustainable strategy for growth other than buying struggling companies for too high prices.
