      Pros

      Working at Optiva is a lifetime experience for me. Not only I learn every day but i get paid for what i do... Getting recognized and rewarded whenever I do something good....I love my job, my teammates and my company values. Optiva is a great place to work! I work on a team that makes a big difference and has good team values

      Products are on latest technology. Work/ life Balance. Best Compensation. Flexible work timings Best Leaderships We are expanding our team in different countries. Colleagues are very helpful

      Did not find any cons so far :) however everyone needs to improve in every sphere of life. Thats a natural process happens in time.
