      i am working in redknee from past 1.6 year's, here work environment is good but currently company is in a difficult situation. Salary hike i never heard about this thing in redknee

      Cons

      Currently Job security is not there, Hike percentage is less. Redknee as a BSS company not doing good thats all

      - Extremely flexible work environment - If you are a good performer, you will get plenty of opportunities across the organization - Decent compensation

      Cons

      - Needs to diversify outside of Telecom given the overall stagnancy in the Telecom domain - Tied closely to performance of Telecom operators' performance

      flexible working hour Nokia and Orga product and engineers what we acquired before Relationship between Nokia global and local No upper management scoring to the employee

      Cons

      many people is leaving but no fulfillment any more because company does not have enough money to survive current situation. Everyone tries to overbook their effort, finally customer relationship gets bad.
