      Compensation and Benefits are good, work - life balance is good. Cab Facilities to office available.

      Cons

      Managers are not proactive, companies vision is not entirely transparent to the team members and aggressive management will not always good for the team.

      Very flexible in terms of office hours

      Flexible like hell, you can go to office any time you can and leave any time you feel. Work load is very low.

      Cons

      Knowledge lies with employees. Management is not agile.
