      Pros

      Local management is helpful. Trying to sort out the problems.

      Cons

      Organization is more keen to recruit contract employees and encourage to do work from home permanently. They plan to reduce the permanent employee and hence cut the office space cost. Working quality is average.

      Work life balance WAS good.

      Cons

      They are in downward spiral. In my Team, size reduced from 56 to 8, and there goes the work life balance.
