      Pros

      There are a lot of talented and excellent people there who were a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Horrible work/life balance. Management throws employees under the bus to cover their own mistakes. There are always huge fires to put out because of under staffing.

      1) Too many leadership changes, unclear vision and over committed targets 2) Complex and unclear process for integration of products across 3-4 location. 3) HR missing
