      Solid employer, but has way more potential then showing

      Pros

      Great working environment (because colleagues are great). Knowledge sharing between teams.

      Cons

      Unclear long term plan. Poor communication from management. Slow HR department. Hiring too many (specifically in high management functions) people not really up to the task required from them. Inability to advance (same job for 6-7-8 years) unless you have good ties to upper management. Not valuing "small" people enough (developers, engineers, etc... putting in huge hours/availability on free time.... without anyone acknowledging this). In some countries managers have way too big benefits (company car (BMW, Audi...) + fuel costs covered). Very few chances of getting any training.Unrealistic budgets for projects.

      1. flexible timings 2. people are supportive 3. One thing you can learn over here to do lots of work in short time

      Cons

      1. Management cant manage the things and cant handle the pressure. 2. Product is going to worst day by day . 3. Don't expect an appraisal after joining even you are performing good.

      Hungry for business

      Pros

      Acquiring new customers fast. Fast decision making. Pretty ok recognition as well.

      Cons

      Difficult to sell a matured system like BSS as critical system for telecom operators and hence more inertia towards a change.
