      Expanding Company, good culture

      Pros

      It's good to work in Redknee mostly because it's still in its expanding phase. There are many things that still need more focus for now but its a great opportunity for learning and getting experience. People have been working for a long time here without switch. This shows that it has potential which keeps people intact for a long run. Many onsite opportunities which can add to the working experience and customer interactions.

      Cons

      There are many limitations of working in support. Since its a growing company, there might be quite a workload which can often accumulate due to new issues coming up in the different version. Not all customers are on the same version. So this impacts one's learning. The solution on one customer site may not work on other. As a growing company striving for streamlining of its procedures, it might get a bit lengthy for someone from the technical background working on reporting and excels to complete a task. This may reduce the overall efficiency thus impacting the performance for self as well as management evaluation.

      Pros

      Flexible timings, Friendly environment atleast in teams

      Cons

      Poor remuneration (negligible hikes, no bonus, no appreciations), Poor infrastructure, No transparency, No process , No fix appraisal cycle, messing employees future to put down good numbers for its growth.
