Cons
- Job security missing. - You can be fired anytime if there is no work. No matter how smartly u have worked earlier. - Seniors talk to their juniors arrogantly if you make mistakes. - Small company, not growing as it should grow. - A lot depends upon what type of manager you get. - Seniors may give wrong feedback about you to managers. And managers are so dumb, they just believe on them without even trying to understand the actual problem. - Expectations are sky high. Managers want you to work 24 7 leaving all personal life aside. If you are a bachelor then you are expected to take your house near to the company so that you can work late night in office and don't sleep at all.
