Poor Pay parity. Too much internal politics. Too many VPs (reporting to VPs reporting to VPs ... ) not knowing what the product or end consumer or even the biz needs.

It is so big that they have become isolated from the rest of the IT world. It is very easy to get stuck in bad patterns there Introducing industry best practices are met with resistance.
