I have been part of this company for almost 3 years now and I can firmly say that this place is basically good for people who do not care for anything apart from work and have a tendency to forget about everything and indulge in booze, If you are that person then skip the rest of the review and join here asap, Firstly, HRs are not doing anything to firmly ascertain good work life balance, managers calling employees scheduling early morning or late night calls is a common thing, not a single word comes from HR dept to avoid these unnecessary disturbance. Only focus of the company is to suck out as much work qs possible from the employees and then give them a bottle of alcohol at the end of the week then repeat the process once again. I was enjoying for past few years but sadly recently I got into a health issue and stopped joining late calls and attending parties here and now. As a result of that they are delaying my visa process, Oh yes forgot to mention, hike percentage dies down after you reach a certain level and then only thing you can take is a visa and go to another bad office in usa. But there will be no difference in the work you do and no actual purpose of the visit. So beware.
