This opens great opportunity for self-development and is the key to success of the company. Employees are listened to and are not treated as resources, but are treated as individuals.

Pros

The projects that they do here are more challenging and fun. The team is young and vibrant. Lots of things to learn from team members as each and everyone are extremely qualified - technical and/or academical. Management have very clear vision. It is a flat-structure organization, meaning there is absolutely no hierarchy. Its all team work. The company is making steady and rapid progress in case of business and talent acquisition. With the new office at Bangalore, life at Optym would become even better. Last but not the least, the salary and perks are far above industry standards.
