Pros

Love the office ambiance. Everyone is open-minded and friendly and my experience has been great till now with lots of learning and growth both personally and professionally. Also the company has a fully-stocked cafeteria and provides breakfast and lunch too which is super convenient for me as I live alone.

Cons

Need to constantly work hard if you want to grow.

Good work-life balance, hybrid working and amazing benefits. Leadership follows a transparent methodology with great mentorship and guidance provided. You gain a lot of learning and knowledge working on-site and handling independent projects. As long as you are willing to work hard, you will grow very fast here.

Very positive and growth-oriented work environment. Can work stress-free as there is great flexibility provided. I like how our work process is so organized and transparent and there is freedom to explore with no hardcore work pressure and micromanagement.
