      Pros

      Great work culture, you are in charge of what you are doing and your hard work is always appreciated. Flexible work timings, work from home option when required, The pantry area is always loaded with fruits and other eatables.

      Cons

      Because the team size is small, sometimes work pressure is high.

We now have the right performance management system in place and our team has actively started using it. We are in process of implementing the Human Resource Management System (HRIS) and it will be operational soon. We are evolving to be a better Optym and we appreciate your patience and support while we do that.

      1. Very good mentors in software development 2. Very positive and collaborative team to work with 3. Management's support to explore various fields 4. Good Team activities on a weekly / monthly basis 5. Management's emphasis on welling being of the employee

      Some projects have a limited scope Technology is yet to become cutting edge or pioneering in some areas

We are very pleased that you like the work environment, your mentors, team building activities and the management support. We have started bringing Machine Learning to Optym, and two of our projects are already using these techniques. We have not found the need for Artificial intelligence in our projects yet; as the company evolves we may find its use as well.
