      Pros

      Get to work in a fast-paced environment where you can create business value quickly. Since the team sizes are relatively small, your contributions can be easily seen and evaluated by the management.

      Cons

      Not everyone might enjoy working with a team whose directions and priorities might change quickly to adapt to new business needs.

      Pros

      Algorithms, engine and the work is good here. You do get platforms to voice your concern and they are improving on the HR front too. Work is decently challenging and it also depends on the track that you join where you get decent profit sharing in case you are getting into the middle level(Level 3 onwards) at least. If you work well and long enough the US/Onsite opportunities are there too.

      Cons

      Sometimes WLB is not great which is expected in a small/mid size product company. The Senior management have communication issues and internal conflicts which leads to confusion in the delivery/development team and a lot of revisions are made. Too much interference from the product team on the SDLC cycle.

      Pros

      One of my senior colleagues was an amazing person and had in-depth knowledge. It was a pleasure working with him.

      Cons

      The CEO is an awful person who wants people to work stressful and exhausting hours daily. This terrible human being lives in his own bubble and doesn't care about improving. If you try to advise this person about something good, the CEO will avoid it and become very rude and insulting. So, please don't try.
