Pros

The work environment is good, and the people here are supportive and pleasant to work with. It’s a great place for individuals who are genuinely passionate about their work rather than those who are just doing a job for the sake of it.

Cons

Salary hikes are not strongly aligned with performance. Despite putting in significant effort and working long hours, the compensation increase was minimal, even after receiving a role promotion.

Free lunch and Winter break.

This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,

management at L3, L4 is really bad , these people dont care about the time of developers , expect 12-13 hrs of work minimum.
