      -Very smart/intelligent team members -Good engagement with customers -Ability to solve challenging unsolved problems

      Cons

      - Small company atmosphere means less formalized training. You learn by doing rather than through training or mentorship. - Hours are not "9-5" fixed because you need to hop on at odd times to solve customer problems on occasion

      All work processes were well-planned, systems were fully organized, and equipment was always updated and well-maintained.

      Cons

      Ambitious and narcissistic CEO makes everyone work like slaves with ridiculous expectations! The atmosphere was very stressful and the staff was always exhausted and underpaid.
