We thank you for providing the feedback. We are pleased that you like the culture and that people around you are helpful to you. We understand that Gainesville is a smaller city and doesn’t offer the perks of a large cosmopolitan city. However, the smaller city has some benefits too – such as the low cost of living, less traffic, safe city, and a nice place to raise a family. In due course of time, we might consider opening an office in a large city and giving another option to our team members for a place to work and live.

Dear Optymer, we thank you for your candid feedback which we always welcome. This feedback enables us to see us from the eyes of others, identify areas where we can do better and take actions to improve ourselves. We realize that continuous improvement is necessary for today’s competitive environment to grow and prosper. You have mentioned several areas of improvements. Here is what we are doing to address those: (i) We brought in an experienced HR Director who has started bringing best HR practices to Optym; we are confident that effective communication between upper management and employees will be restored soon. (ii) We have started monthly Pulse meetings where any employee can answer any question anonymously and every question is answered in-person in the meeting or by email by the CEO. (iii) We are in the process of hiring two more senior architects to our team. We thank you again and wish you the very best in your professional career and life.
