      Good company to join. There are so many benefits/perks. Everyone is very cooperative and understanding. positive environment free breakfast, snacks... They have concern towards there employees which is a very good thing Teamwork Highly recommended to join this company :)

      Excellent Talent for innovative product development related to Optimization Intellidence. Highly thoughtful, professional and experienced management with great work culture. Open environment for healthy growth prospects. Multi-locational and mulit-cultural exposure to staff. Above average compensation. Quick decision making. Growth projections are exciting.

      Pros

      Optym is a great place to work! We have a great culture and I feel like close family to my coworkers. In addition, the work that I get to perform is valuable and I have an impact to the company's future.

      Cons

      The transition to Dallas through the COVID epidemic has left a couple of things up in the air. However, management is working through them with due diligence.
