      Snacks and lunch are good. .....

      1. The CEO does not have a clue how to run the company. For almost 20 years the company did not grow. Hes talks a big game, but fails every time. 2. The top leadership does not take any responsibility for their failure. They generally fire the junior developers. 3. There are serious nepotism in this company. There are few people who gets promotion every year and rest does not get raise at all.

      Awesome, until my first review. I then questioned the method and reasoning and it was hell from there on.

      No communication between upper management. Decisions are made without facts or thought.

      We thank you for your feedback. Please note when we hire a person at Optym, we need to assess the fit of that person with Optym. We need to assess whether the work ethics of that person match with our expectations, whether the value system of the person is aligned with company’s value system, and whether the person fits well into our culture. This is the reason we have the three months of the probationary period. If we feel that the person is not the right fit for the company, or the person feels that he/she is not the right fit for the company, we must part ways.       Health and fitness Insurance Work from home Food and snacks Lunch CEO is a humble person, very understanding.

      Cons

      This is the honest feedback, no Exaturation. Your work is not valued, worst HR team, changing MD was the worst decision ever. Do not join this company if u are career oriented. New MD is old school and has no knowledge about how corporate works. Very helpless feeling. Stagnant position, don't expect growth. Few managers are unfit. MD imposes his thoughts and has no patience to listen or understand the employees.
