      Pros

      People that I am working with, I believe they are the one that keeps the work environment positive and stable. Even in stressed situations, leaders make sure that everything stays balanced, and work gets done on time. They support us every time, and whenever someone lacks to offer desired output, they guide them in a constructive manner, without creating any ruthless havoc. It’s the reason I feel quite comfortable working here.

      There are noticeable cases where certain employees, especially those who have been with the company for a long time, are being treated more favorably than others.

      Pros

      They always make sure that they stay in reach to everyone and assist wherever possible. Best thing is that we get opportunities to grow organically within the organization, most of our leaders are mentored and grown within Optym. So, for me, see this as a plus and positive aspect.
