      Pros

      If you do great in your responsibilities, you get onsite opportunities, one of my seniors got it this year and he even relocated to US. Wow. I am also working my best to experience it. It’s the best thing that I see which gives us an option to accelerate our career growth.

      Time management skills is crucial, if you are new, you might struggle with managing your time effectively.

      Company has offered me a good platform to learn essential skills & knowledge, and progress towards achieving a bright career. I see good development in myself both at professional as well as personal level. I can now handle complex situations with ease, and confidence. Still learning a lot many new stuffs.

      At times, due to project workload, you might find it difficult in maintaining a healthy balance between your work responsibilities and personal life.

      Pros

      Management is very cooperative. Employees are given importance. People behave well with each other. Learning opportunity is there. There are new and interesting projects that you can be a part of. Other than this we have indoor recreation activities during work hours. It’s useful when we actually need a break, we can opt to play table tennis, chess or read a book at our library.

      Cons

      It’s a growing organization, so you will need to learn many skills on your own, like quick in decision making and flexibility.
