      Little to no training, poor management, and biased opinions.

      Pros

      It is a very mixed culture and most of the people are like family to each other.

      Cons

      By helping others when needed you get looked down upon. Others take credit for your work and then complain when you aren't helping them as much as they would like. They expect everything to be done in unrealistic timeframes.

      The market share for this company has a great upside. This company can be very successful.

      The company itself is still a work in progress. It will have bumpy roads but nothing that will last long term.

      A small firm which grows rapidly and steadily

      Pros

      The projects that they do here are more challenging and fun. The team is young and vibrant. Lots of things to learn from team members as each and everyone are extremely qualified - technical and/or academical. Management have very clear vision. It is a flat-structure organization, meaning there is absolutely no hierarchy. Its all team work. The company is making steady and rapid progress in case of business and talent acquisition. With the new office at Bangalore, life at Optym would become even better. Last but not the least, the salary and perks are far above industry standards.
