I started working at this company as a fresher at Oracle India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. It's good place to work when you fascinate good work life balance. The work timing is flexible as long as you complete your work in time. Flexible work from home when it's really required. The atmosphere is brilliant and would get the ultimate feel to work even when nobody is around. Good recreation room with foosball, table tennis, carrom etc.

Cons

Self Growth depends on your team and LOB Work is limited to your LOB and product only Less exposure to new technologies and challenges (at least in my case)
