      A very good company to work for if you're opting to settle down

      Pros

      Good Work culture Flexi timings Work from Home Facility Supportive team mates Night cab service

      Cons

      Hikes/Bonuses are very low. Most employees are told not to expect hikes for first two years. Most technology used is outdated or are proprietary softwares. Not a good place for non Malayalees. Most of the employees are Malayaless and north Indians could feel secluded.
