Pros

Oracle's name recognition makes it easier to move to competitors/others in tech sales. If you have a good territory, compensation is good.

Cons

Major lack of sales and product training, constant issues getting paid correctly on commissions, not flexible to work from home, promotions are overdue by months. Huge recent reorganizing, demotions, layoffs - the shakeup was handled poorly. Internal systems (that we sell) are sub par. Long sales cycles make it difficult to make your on target earnings in first 1.5 years. High turn over.
