Pros
Great benefits, good work life balance, managers are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to navigating systems and answering questions.
Cons
Cx is new to the space. Companies don't know us for this and not enough advertising and marketing to help get the word out. New comp plan for enterprise makes it hard to partner with your field rep. Can't get paid on certain type of field deals anymore either. Not sure why we even need a field rep at this point. Could lead to more turnover.
