Pros

If you are lucky with your territory, somebody else (field, Co-prime) will close a deal for you.

Cons

Limited progression opportunities Leadership at VP level extremely poor (when a fish rots the head stinks first) Hitting target heavily dependent on install base and territory No promotions and no bonuses (for promotions you need to go out of the company and come back) Employees are not valued. Manager overloaded with work, no coaching, no supporting, just poor. Worst Culture I ever worked!!!

Pros

Offered a job with little to no experience to start my career. Typical corporate life, but if you work hard there are opportunities to makes lots of money

Cons

You may start out in a rough territory and will be hard to sell things initially, but stick with the program and there is incredible sales experience to gain for a long/successful career
