1. One of the biggest software company

Cons

1. Very poor work recognition culture - Doest'nt worth hardwork here 2. Managers are very secretive about anything relates to money 3. No salary rises at all (I have'nt seen one in last 3 years). 4. No bonuses (Only for manager preferred people) 5. Stock options (Only for manager preferred people) 6. No promotions (Only for manager preferred people)

Pros

Pays well. Benefits are great. Direct manager is top notch. Co-workers are top notch.

Cons

Low moral with other groups I work with. Stories of managers not supporting employees. Low pay. Low respect. Do what you're told and don't complain mentality... Don't rock the boat, etc. I don't see that in my position.
