Pros

Great company to work for who wants to keep Work and Life balance. Depending on the group you work for, expose to great new technologies etc. Being part of the bigger entity like Oracle, you can look for internal opportunities for change in career.

Cons

Competitive salary at the time of hiring. But increments later was not that great for experienced folks. Most of the times promotions don't come with salary increases.
