Poor local benefits Unmotivated peers, was often told to SSA (self Service Applications) whenever I encounter a work issue The mgmt runs the company like an accounting ledger, dollars and cents. Cutting staff is a norm. Outsourcing to cheaper countries in India where 80% of work in Asia is outsourced to India
