Very mature way of working. Benefits are good only if you manage to quote higher package and other benefits before joining. Work life balance is top notch, good to retire. ( again manager is the key)

Cons

Little to no hike whatsoever in many many many years. ( Depends on project/domain) Old technology, no to change or improvement. Hard to get out once in , cause one can barely learn anything.
