Pros

Your mileage will vary greatly depending on where you end up. You can have a great experience and make a lot of money with some luck and skill.

Cons

Poor management and senior leadership, extreme micromanagement, negative culture and poor morale throughout the organization.

Pros

Good opportunity to get a start in technology sales.

Cons

Don't do a lot to try to keep you there. Essentially a sales development role, but only comped on closed deals, which there aren't a ton of (depending on your product). Success is pre-determined by the product group and territory that you are arbitrarily assigned.

Pros

Good brand name and a ton of resources and training available to you at all times. A lot of mobility and opportunities (cross-departmentally).

Cons

Fairly rigid culture and a lack of focus on individual contribution. Compensation structure makes it difficult to achieve your ote, even when you are hitting quota.
