It all depends on the department. Overall, great insurance, good environment, depending of the department they do many activities on special dates, nice installations and they work with you so you can keep studying.

Cons

No salary increase in 8 years I worked there. No bonus, no cafeteria, no asociacion solidarista, no salary increase with promotions. They decided to moved some departments to another region so many people got fired from one day to another.
