If you're social, come from Greek life, have no worries and don't care about your customers to benefit your own wallet, go ahead.

Cons

Internal competition and "professional harassment" are what make people want to leave Oracle, 20+ people from applications, database, Middleware, etc call these people a day. We are known for aggressive sales which almost made this company go under 20 years ago.
