      Pros

      Diverse and equal opportunity workplace. Employees from all over the world are a pleasure to work with. The office encourages learning about various cultures to promote better teamwork. Great benefits if an employee needs paid time off for medical issues or to be a family caretaker. Oracle matches 50 percent of the company's 401(k) account contributions.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. There are no automatic yearly hikes or bonuses for our department. New employees tend to make the same pay as senior ones. Limited career growth.
