Pros

I worked for the helpdesk in Columbia, MD. This was originally Micros, but was bought out by oracle. The people were awesome to work with.

Cons

The company does not care about customer service. Pay is below industry standard.

Pros

The location of the building was nice.

Cons

Managers consistently fell through on providing wisdom and knowledge about the products, as well as their own job descriptions. Employees are under-appreciated, unmotivated, and with their lack of support, unwelcome. You will do much more work than what you are being paid to do. Any time a customer mistreats you, or is hostile, do not expect any type of intervention or retribution from your manager; they uphold the agreement that we promise our clients: "We will always take full responsibility for the client's issue, and be humble, even if the client is using foul language or is making death threats."
