- Great work/life balance - Telecommuting friendly - Product and engineering driven - Work with very talented people - Encourage submissions to conferences - Time to do design exploration - Strong attention to top quality
Cons
- Compensation, Bonuses, Stock Options are very poor after you are hired, except if you are very very senior - Cliquish in regards to promotions - Promotion opportunities are lacking - Do not reward loyalty properly - Performance Reviews unbalanced and to discretionary based on manager; inconsistent - Cutting edge work that could be killer features gets descoped by upper product mgmt if not a "standard" - Too many coasters in the PM dept - Working on one release while debugging the previous; need these to be better phased
