      - Employee has Great Compensation and awesome benefits (also you could do home-office and attend to training) - Salaries are competitive

      Cons

      - It's up to you to grow (your manager is not going to suggest a promotion) - Keep using waterfall methodology - Tools and technology are not up to date (it's getting better)
