      - Employee has Great Compensation and awesome benefits (also you could do home-office and attend to training) - Salaries are competitive

      Cons

      - It's up to you to grow (your manager is not going to suggest a promotion) - Keep using waterfall methodology - Tools and technology are not up to date (it's getting better)

      Most positions allow employees to be 100% virtual. Senior management supports and embraces UX input throughout the product development process.

      Cons

      The organization is very top down driven. Has the usual huge corporation red tape. Patience is essential since most things take awhile to materialize.
