      Pros

      Very valuable inclusion to my CV, I learned a lot in this position and management went out of their way to offer me learning opportunities and develop my skills.

      Cons

      Departments were so large that I felt quite siloed, and though there were plenty of training opportunities, there weren't many opportunities for upward mobility. I left so that I could move out of my junior position, there wasn't a lot of potential to do this at Oracle.
