There are news reports of investigation against wage and job level discrimination of Asians, Indian and colored people in US.
The discrimination continues outside the US into Asia as well. HR does not approve salaries equal to even local market wages and insists on paying lower, based on prior salaries. There is lack of quality in leadership and HR, and decision making is whimsical, with no accountability. The diversity in senior roles in Asia is skewed towards whites and yellow descent manpower, who are exploiting the local manpower in other countries, solely by virtue of color.
